Get the right fit before you order
Collars, doors and drying boxes depend on your pet’s size. At checkout you can add your pet’s measurements or the mounting method in the fit details field.
Collars
Measure the neck and weigh your pet.
- Guard
- Neck about 20.3–76.2 cm. Dogs from 4.5 kg and 5 months.
- Horizon
- Neck about 25.4–66 cm. Dogs from 6.8 kg.
- Pulse
- Small 48 × 28 × 23 mm, 60 g. Medium 90 g and Large 100 g, both 60 × 32 × 24 mm.
Horizon is recommended for properties from 1/3 acre, about 1,350 m².
Pet doors
Check your pet’s weight and how the door will be mounted.
Prices cover installation in a door with mains power. Installing in a wall needs the separate tunnel option.
Drying boxes
Judge by the free space in the chamber, not by weight alone.
- Breeze 50
- 50 L chamber, box weighs 8.8 kg.
- Breeze 135
- 135 L chamber, about 660 × 605 × 681 mm outside.
Your pet should fit easily and be able to settle in a comfortable position.
Litter and potty
Check your pet’s weight and age.
- Open
- Cats of about 1–15 kg. Entry height about 35.2 cm.
- Vision
- Cats over 6 months, 1.5–10 kg.
- Roll Home and Pro
- Dogs under 11.3 kg. Working surface about 61 × 58.4 cm.
Questions and answers
All questionsWhich devices need a subscription or service plan?
Miaulo Guard needs a paid service plan, from $9.99 per month.
The Miaulo Pulse subscription is not included in the collar price. The guide price for the first annual plan is $300.00, so collar and plan together come to $599.00.
The core virtual fence of Miaulo Horizon works without a plan. An optional plan adds tracking features.
What does Miaulo Select need for the app?
App features need a separate hub, which is not included with the feeder. The hub connects to your router by Ethernet and works with up to 10 compatible devices. You put food in the bowl by hand; the feeder controls who can reach it.
Is litter included with the automatic litter boxes?
Miaulo Open is supplied without litter. It needs clumping litter with granules up to 3 mm in diameter and 10 mm long. Miaulo Vision uses compatible clumping litter and comes with a bagging consumable.
Can kittens use the automatic litter boxes?
For a kitten under 1 kg, use Miaulo Open in kitten mode with automatic cleaning off. Miaulo Vision’s automatic mode is not for kittens younger than six months or lighter than 1.5 kg.
Can a Passage pet door go in a wall?
Yes, with the separate wall tunnel option. The listed price covers installation in a door with mains power, without the backup battery. Cut the opening only to the drawing for your exact model.
